and one more thing

just like to say that i'm growing EGG PLANT this summer!! So i'm on the look-out for good egg plant recipes. Found and interestingly tastey-looking one on Pioneer woman. mmmmmm go here for that if you care. But! If you know of a good way to cook egg plant, i'm all ears.

What!? They were looking so good! Was it bugs? We need to get on that ASAP if it was so the rest of them don't croak.
