I can't help myself

for sale in Monroe. We have no business living in monroe. But could you imagine remodeling this bad boy??!  oh man. (insert Kolt shaking his head here.) Apparently half is already remodeled for a home, second half is a shop. Gah. I'm dying a bit inside that these finds are NOWHERE up here in Utah county. There's also a large home in, get this, fillmore. Yup. fillmore. As in the very city Kolt's parents live right this very second. I'm going to go down and take a tour one of these weekends. Drawbacks to that one is that it's not actually connected to the power grid. ooooor any water. They have a generator for power and a water tank. ha. (again, insert Kolt shaking his head here.)

still dying about the above beauty.

When you say Monroe, do you mean the Monroe where I grew up?!!? Because I'm 99% sure I know of that building... or at least there's one
in MY Monroe that looks just like it.

You guys should move to Monroe. It's way cool.

Ha!

you are too hilar. i would die having to even consider cleaning/decorating/CLEANING 12,000 sq/f. Even half that gives me the shivers.
