Eggplant...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
I'd just like to report that my eggplants are sooooooooooooooo good! Way better tasting than any I've bought from the grocery store. I threw some into my calzone last night (with chicken and cheese) and I wished I put more in it was that good. So yeah. I highly recommend this delicious Japanese variety with the name I have forgotten...long and skinny. Not the fat, short kind you usually find.

I'm so glad it grew and you like it! I think it was called Ichiban but I could totally be making that up. I'm so jealous because I've still never tried one! Maybe next year..
