Hey therrr! Still alive.

There's something about school photos that make me super happy. The nostalgia, I suppose. Remember when you couldn't see your photos immediately after taking them? You'd take a pic (or two if you were smart) and hope for the best!  Maybe that's why I wasn't very photogenic...just had that thought.

Destry has entered the sphere of school photos. I got his packet back today and I cheered! Loooooove!

Well HAAAAAAAY!  I've been trying to simplify and one of the first things to go was my blog. Its actually quite nice. You stop trying to spot "blog worthy" photo ops and just live life.

Unfortunately (or fortunately??) I stopped taking pictures on my big camera. Until Des' birthday.
So here is his current 5 year old pictures which I took in my pajamas and bare feet. He just happened to sort of wear normal clothes for once and sort of happened to be doing something pretty cute. WALLAH!

my editing skills are sorely lacking apparently. meh. He's still cute.

well hey. It's been like two months.

I've been busy. and sick. and busy. but mostly sick.

I blame the fetus.

Anywhoo, I'm getting stuff prepped for the Winter Beehive Bazaar so I doubt my blogging will pick up anytime in the next month. Here are the deets:

I'll be there the first weekend (5th-7th). And by there I mean my stuff. I probably won't be--although I'm reaaaaaaaaaally hoping I won't still be on my couch cursing my unborn child. (I love you little lemon, really. Just knock it off, k?)

Melon Days 2013

Destry's life was made complete this past weekend when we combined riding in a tractor with eating copious amounts of watermelon. Gray also thought eating candy from massive buckets on a wagon was pretty sweet too.
